 Tour-Nepal Co. understands how important personal privacy is to you and we are committed to fully protect your rights. We want our customers to be aware of what information TNC collects and how it is handled. This statement discloses TNC's privacy practices, including an explanation of which personal information about TNC's customers is collected, how the information is used, with whom the information may be shared, how the customer can correct any inaccuracies in the information, and your rights and our responsibilities under applicable privacy laws. 

Return Policy

Tour-Nepal Co. has a return policy for the convience of the customer. We refund full price if return is made prior to one month before the trip begins. If you want to return within 15 days, there will be 15% charge on the total price of the package excluding plane tickets. Anything returned before 7 days of flight, customer will be liable of the charges for the ticket by the airlines, But there will be refund in the tour packages with 25% charges. However, If the customer wants to postpone the tour date, there will be no charge at all for the tour service excluding ticket fare.
